  • Spencer Fuller, M.D., MPH

    VITREORETINAL SURGEON

    Dr. Fuller is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of complex retinal diseases. He earned his medical degree from the University of California San Diego and completed his ophthalmology residency at Washington University in St. Louis, followed by a two-year surgical retina fellowship at the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah.

    Dr. Fuller provides advanced, evidence-based care for conditions including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, and other vitreoretinal disorders. He is committed to delivering precise, compassionate care to patients throughout Northern Nevada.

  • Hardeep Dhindsa, M.D., FACS

    FOUNDER & VITREORETINAL SURGEON

    As the founder of HD Retina Eye Center, Dr. Dhindsa established the practice with a commitment to delivering specialized, high-level retinal care to patients throughout Northern Nevada. He is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon dedicated exclusively to the medical and surgical treatment of complex retinal diseases.

    Known for his precision, expertise, and patient-centered approach, Dr. Dhindsa combines advanced surgical skill with compassionate care to help preserve and protect vision.

  • Nicole Bloom, PA-C, MPAS

    PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA-C)

    Nicole is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in vitreoretinal care. She provides comprehensive retinal examinations, advanced diagnostic interpretation, and ongoing management of retinal conditions in collaboration with the physicians at HD Retina Eye Center. With prior experience in retina before PA school, she is dedicated to delivering precise, compassionate, and patient-centered care focused on preserving and protecting vision.
